We know how important it is to protect our customers, ourselves and the NHS and we will be carrying out the dispatching of goods and doing deliveries in strict accordance with Government guidelines.
We are highly conscious of the need to have zero contact with our clients and the public as we produce, dispatch and deliver or products.
On Dispatch:
Should we need to handle any goods during production or dispatch we will wear PPE.
On delivery arrival:
To minimise contact and to help prevent the spread of the virus, we now ask that you stay at least 2 metres away from the delivery driver. You do not have to sign for any goods or receive paperwork as you have already paid via credit card and will be sent a dispatch email.

Our Business Continuity Plan also enables the office staff to work from home, if required, ensuring that all our operations can continue without interruption so we would hope and anticipate that our services will continue seamlessly on all fronts.
